I brought my Ram 2500 with aftermarket 22x12 wheels and 33x12.50 nitto tires that a different shop in Ocala mounted and balanced. It had some major vibrations and highway speeds so they also did a road force balance and got my truck riding like glass! I can go 80+ mph with zero issues if I needed too. Lee the tire tech is very knowledgeable in tires and wheels and I’ll definitely bring my vehicles here if I want things done right the first time

Had an appointment at 8:00 for a 60-90 minute fuel filter change. FINALLY got the truck back after 4:00 after paying $80 more than they quoted. Poor way of doing business. I wish we had just left when we came back and it wasn’t done—-I found the SAME job could be done for almost $200 less. We’re worried if it was even done correctly now. Time will tell. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Great honest people who won't take you for a ride (unless it's to work while your vehicle is serviced). Never had a recommendation for service I didn't need. Often they'll let you know what will be needed in the future but won't push you to have it done immediately like some.

We were enroute from Sarasota to Thomaston when our brakes seized on one side likely due to brake fluid issues. Luckily we caught it before the overheated wheel got hot enough to catch fire. Broken down in a strange town one feels vulnerable, not sure who to trust with vehicle repairs. After a quick prayer we felt impressed to head to Parker’s. The impression proved to be a good one: they were fair, honest, made the correct and appropriate repair while at the same time doing what they could to keep the cost down as much as possible. I would feel comfortable sending my family members there without hesitation.
