I will definitely do business with Parker's again! The employees there are very professional and personable. They were one of the very few automotive businesses with a rack/lift large enough to accommodate my 4-door, F350, long bed. They quoted me a specific price, over the phone. They let me know, at checkout, that they didn't have to do what they thought. So, my price was reduced. They were honest. I wouldn't have known unless they told me. I'm happy to do business with honest business men & women. An added bonus: The office/waiting area is very clean, offers coffee and has a TV to watch. Thank you to everyone at Parker's who assisted during my visit and making it a pleasant experience.

So I have to say this place was AMAZING!! I had 2 trailers that needed the tires swapped, this was 16 tires.I am not from Ocala and this was the second place I went to.They we’re very busy but they squeezed me in so I could get my trailer home back to Tampa.I can’t thank these guys enough for this.Then as I was getting ready to go another guy came and checked to make sure everything was good.I was so blessed today and they act like this is just the norm for them but to see a company go over and above to help a customer was refreshing!!
