We were returning home, from a camping trip, when we stopped to eat and realized one of our week old 5th wheel tires had a screw in it, and sitting at 40 psi. We found another place to air the tire while we looked for help. We called Parker's and they said they did 5th wheel tires. We drove the 6 or so miles from I-75 to Parker's. We went over our options and decided to replace the tire with an inexpensive option to get me the remaining 200 miles. After deciding, they guided me where they wanted me to back in and within 20 minutes, I was on the way home. The prices are fair and their service was great. The technician, who I wish I got his name, was very friendly and addressed any concerns I had, such as air pressure from 65 to 80 and preferred jacking point, without fuss. Great job on Customer Service and I'm extremely happy I wasn't there for hours, even though they had a full shop. If you find yourself in the Ocala/Zuber area with an RV tire issue, and you can limp here, get away from the interstate and go to Parker's. I promise you'll appreciate it, over sitting at Love's or some other truck stop for hours.
