I took my 2003 Chinook Concourse to Parker’s for an oil change, after the local Ford dealer/service center said two things: because it’s an RV, I had to wait until the RV specialist came back from vacation, even thought it was “just” an oil change, and, service appointments were being made 3 months out! Parker’s gave me an appointment for 5 days after I called! While they had the vehicle, they did a comprehensive assessment of all the engine fluids, and informed me that most needed replacement. I agreed, it has been many years since I’ve been diligent about maintenance. To reiterate what Rich Murphy wrote, they gave me a detailed printout and estimate of all needed work. And, while I waited, they allowed my little dog to roam around the waiting room. I highly recommend Parker’s for all vehicle needs.
