Awesome experience! After going to another shop first for an alignment which gave me the run-around, took 3 hours and falsely told there were many other things wrong with my vehicle and they couldn't finish the alignment I decided to ask my main mechanic for a recommendation. I'm glad he suggested Parker Tire. They had my alignment done in one hour without trying to sell me any other services I didn't need.

Chuck and crew provided a very good customer experience and service.

My truck shifter assembly had to be replaced. Parker's obtained the new assembly and installed it the next morning. In addition, two Windows motors also were replaced. Arrangements were made to transport me to my property. I highly recommend their service and their customer service. I was a first time customer. I will bring future vehicles to Parker's.

I called Parker’s early on a Friday morning with fingers crossed hoping they could fit me in to get my tire patched. Chuck was my Service Writer and he made the process painless! I dropped my vehicle off at 8:45am and it was ready to go at 10:15am - right before my lunch break as he promised, even though I said I needed it done by 5. He called me to let me know I needed an alignment, and when I said I didn’t want to do that today, he understood and didn’t pressure me into it. I’ll definitely be a returning customer! Thank you Chuck and Parker’s staff for a great experience!

Great service. I got an alignment and tire rotation for my '16 Mustang, and the improvement was immediate. My car drives smoother and I get better mileage.
