All the folks at Parkers are great but Steve and Randy are greater lol. We have used them many times but this past one takes the cake. I am a Hot shot runner and drive about 15,000 miles a month. I took my Dually in for a right rear axle seal, no big deal truck has 261,000 miles on it. Well I guess it looked bad so Steve had them check the other side. Sure enough it was very bad also even though it was not showing signs. Because of the weights I tow this could have cost me a lot of time money and inconvenience and my safety if It had blown that seal or locked up an axel while towing.
