for about 5 yrs , been a loyal customer. had 3 different cars serviced regularly and bought 2 full sets of tires from them.but for the past 9 months or so i have been getting the feeling i need to have a large amount done at once or they dont think I am worth their time. The more i try to do things properly (i.e. make an appt) the main guy Steve sets me up for a failed experience.happened again just this week, Steve asked me to bring my car in Monday when i attempted to set up appt the week prior, the experience from HIM was completely intolerable and unacceptable.he stood less than 4 feet from me , back turned towards me and shouted out to the whole lobby to get me out of there while the other general manager worked together to solve the needs. for crying out loud, he told me to bring my car in and i did. a shame as the mechs i have met over the years and other general manager, Chuck are decent and have been great to me . well i had enough.
